Marriage License Information
Alabama residents wishing to get married in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach may obtain a marriage license in either their home county or at the Baldwin County Courthouse in Bay Minette, Ala. Two forms of identification are required, such as a valid driver’s license and a certified copy of your birth record. A marriage license costs $70.00 and both bride and groom must be present.
